  • Damaged or Defective Items:
    If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us on the same day of delivery. An unboxing video must be provided as proof to help us resolve the issue promptly.
    • You may return the item at your own expense, or contact our customer support team for assistance in arranging the return shipment.
  • Custom-Made Jewelry:
    Custom-made pieces are crafted specifically for you and are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Kindly review all details carefully before finalizing your order.

50% Buyback Policy

We offer a 50% buyback policy on all eligible silver jewelry, allowing you to exchange your item for another product.

How It Works:

  1. You’ll receive 50% of the original product price (excluding making charges and taxes) as a credit.
  2. This credit can be used to reduce the price of any new purchase, and you’ll only pay the remaining amount.

Example:

  • Original Purchase: A silver bracelet priced at ₹4,000 (₹3,000 for silver and ₹1,000 for making charges).
  • Buyback Credit: ₹1,500 (50% of ₹3,000 for silver).
  • You can use ₹1,500 as credit towards your next purchase and pay the remaining amount.

Conditions:

  • The jewelry must be in good condition.
  • The original purchase invoice is required.
  • The buyback policy is valid within a specific timeframe.
