At Siya Jewellery, we are committed to delivering your precious jewellery safely and promptly. Please read our Shipping Policy carefully before placing your order.

1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

  • Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays.

  • During festive seasons, promotional sales, or unforeseen circumstances, processing may take slightly longer.

2. Shipping Coverage

  • We currently ship across India.

  • International shipping is currently not available. We will update this policy if international delivery services become available.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.

  • Any additional charges for remote or special delivery locations (if applicable) will be communicated before dispatch.

4. Delivery Timeline

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 business days

  • Tier 2 & Tier 3 Cities: 3–7 business days

  • Remote Locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:

  • Order confirmation via Email/SMS/WhatsApp

  • Courier tracking number

  • Shipment tracking link

Customers can use the tracking details to monitor the delivery status of their order.

6. Packaging

Every Siya Jewellery order is securely packed to ensure safe delivery. Your package may include:

  • Premium jewellery box

  • Protective packaging

  • Invoice

  • Product authenticity information (where applicable)

7. Delivery Attempts

Courier partners generally make 2–3 delivery attempts.

If the delivery cannot be completed due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Customer unavailable

  • Invalid contact number

the shipment may be returned to Siya Jewellery. Re-shipping charges, if applicable, will be borne by the customer.

8. Address Changes

Customers may request an address change before the order is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped, the delivery address cannot be modified.

9. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If you receive a package that appears:

  • Damaged

  • Opened

  • Tampered with

please:

  • Do not accept the package if possible.

  • Take clear photographs.

  • Contact Siya Jewellery within 24 hours of delivery.

We will investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

10. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occur due to:

  • Natural disasters

  • Heavy rains or floods

  • Public holidays

  • Courier network disruptions

  • Government regulations

Siya Jewellery shall not be held liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

11. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Name

  • Shipping address

  • Mobile number

  • PIN code

Siya Jewellery will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information.
